As a section, People & Culture is working towards the agenda set out in our People Supporting Strategy, which is aimed at supporting the University’s strategic goals. This is an exciting time to join the team as we look to implement our new and ambitious five-year strategy.
The People & Culture section consists of three sub-sections, Employee Relations and Reward, Organisational Development and Workplace Health and Wellbeing.
We are currently looking for a proactive, committed, and enthusiastic administrator to join us on a permanent, part-time (29 hours) basis.
Duties of the post
You will be a key member of the Organisational Development team providing administrative support across our full portfolio: Academic Development Practice; Employee Engagement and Policy and Education Technologies.
You will take specific responsibility in the operational support for the delivery of Organisational Development’s large events programme and will also have the opportunity to contribute to specific projects within Organisational Development.
Skills and qualifications required
To be successful, you must have proven experience of providing high-quality administrative support, plus experience of planning, delivery and evaluation of participant experience. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
